Archdiocesan Gabriel Project

“The Catholic Church is a Mother, who truly cares for, nourishes, and forgives you as if you were her own child.”

The Gabriel Project is a ministry of the Archdiocese of Denver Respect Life Office that provides help to pregnant women in need. It can be described as a Good Samaritan approach that involves a network of churches working together to provide spiritual, emotional, and material support to the woman.

Get involved… Become an Angel or Coordinate for your parish.

The Gabriel Angel is a parish member who takes a specific interest in the pregnant mother and with Christian presence and friendship, walks with her through the difficult times she may be facing. Many of the things we can help with are clothing, baby items, health care referral, adoption referral, friendship and prayer. When necessary, we can also refer those in need to ther community resources and public assistance programs. The Gabriel Angel reaches out with love to the new mother. Catholic and non-Catholic alike, and assists the Mom particularly, and in her spiritual growth.

If you are interested in helping or want to donate necessary items, please call Mimi Eckstean at 303-377-1577.
