St. James Admission Process

Step One:

Contact the school for a registration form or click here for a copy of the Preschool/Pre-K form and click here for the K-8th Registration form. 

We invite all prospective families to schedule a tour of the school.  Tours are scheduled between 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.  To schedule a tour, click here or contact the School Office at 303-333-8275.

Step Two:

Complete the registration form/registration fee.  If a student is planning to register, please speak in person or over the phone with Mrs. Hovell-Genth, Principal.  Please contact the School Office at 303-333-8275.

Step Three:

Visit the Parish Office (1314 Newport) to fill out a Tuition Contract.  Tuition may be paid annually, quarterly or monthly.  To contact the Parish Office, please contact Cathy Cancino at 303-322-7449.

Step Four:

Fill out the new student packet and return to the school before the student’s first day of school. 

Step Five:

If seeking financial aid, forms are available in February for the following school year.
